Navy beat Havelock in Dialog 'A' division Rugby League
 
Navy Sports Club beat Havelock Sports Club 20 – 13 in their Dialog "A" Division rugby league 2nd round final match, which was held at the Havelock Grounds on Saturday.  Navy scored 02 goals and 02 penalties while Havelock scored 02 tries and a penalty in reply 

At the conclusion of the match, trophies and certificates were awarded to the winners of the league rugby tournament 2013/2014. President Rajapaksa presented the Championship Cup to Rohitha Rajapaksa, Captain of the Navy Sports Club which won the title remaining unbeaten throughout the whole tournament.

Navy Commander Vice Admiral Jayanath Colombage presented a memento to Sri Lanka rugby skipper and Navy ruggerite Namal Rajapaksa in appreciation of his contribution to Sri Lanka Navy rugby, who quit club rugby after the Dialog ‘A’ Division League Tournament match against Havelock SC on Saturday.

Navy Full Back, Nuwan Hettiarachchi was awarded a trophy for scoring the highest number of points in the tournament.

First Lady, Madam Shiranthi Wickramasinghe Rajapaksa, Justice Minister Rauff Hakeem,  Co-operatives and Internal Trade Minister Johnston Fernando,  Navy Commander Vice Admiral Jayanath Colombage, President of the Navy Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs. Srima Colombage, Chief of Staff of the Navy and senior naval officers were among the spectators who came to witness the match.
